COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Reporting to National Operations Manager, The Demand & Supply Planning Analyst is responsible for maintaining the IBP system updated during de S&OP Cycle with sales forecast changes and all supply chain assumptions, ensuring the medium and long term aligned with the business strategy. The position must turn Red Bull strategy plans to daily basis, tactic actions executing demand planning for finished goods through these actions assure their availability that reflects the premium brand of Red Bull.
Manage the stocks and importation process ensuring the fast communication, transparency, flexibility and efficiency. Run Red Bull Standard Operations Processes in cooperation with the Red Bull International Operation team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated 5 plus years of experience working in areas of Demand & Supply Planning and Sales forecasting, knowledge of the Import process it will be a plus.
Comprehensive knowledge of retail accounts operations, forecasting technology, systems, market research data and supply chain management.
Excellent communication skills, including presenting and ability to develop relationships with other areas of the business particularly the Sales, Finance and Marketing teams.
Proven ability to conduct complex, quantitative and statistical analyses complimented with qualitative inputs from multiple sources to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
Strong leadership skills, can motivate and lead teams
Deep knowledge and experience in SAP – ERP & Planning tools. Advanced MS Office skills, specially Excel.
Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
