Description:

FOOD PREPARATION & COOKING

  • Assist in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes as per hotel standards.
  • Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency.
  • Work closely with the Chef de Partie to manage daily kitchen tasks.
  • Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality expectations.
  • Assist in menu development and suggest new dishes.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a hotel or fine dining restaurant.
  • Diploma or certification in culinary arts is preferred.
  • Knowledge of international and local cuisines.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
