The Role: Demo Environment Engineer, in Poland (or EMEA remotely), Flexible working Home/Office)
As a Demo Environment Engineer, you’ll be at the cutting edge of SaaS data protection, collaborating with a dynamic global team. Based ideally in Poland (or remote EMEA), you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our demo platforms and working with alliance partners and internal enablement teams to build training, videos and strategies to enable employees and partners on new supported applications.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Platform deployment and maintenance.
• Manage and implement new products and partnerships.
• Maintain and update internal documentation.
• Support product teams in building test platforms.
• Collaborate with Development and sales to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Provide technical expertise on platform improvement through engagement with internal teams.
• Partner with the solution engineering team to hone platform capability.
• Work closely with Product Management to relay both internal and external feedback.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Confident in delivering technical and business presentations to varied audiences, including CSM, Account executives, partners and solution engineers.
• Familiarity with Office 365, Salesforce and Microsoft Azure ecosystems is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment as a motivated self-starter.
• Strong time management skills are essential.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both colleagues and partners.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a highly collaborative team.
• Willingness to travel 25-50%.

Qualifications:

• Experience in solution engineering.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms.
• Understanding of REST APIs and system integration.
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure (Power PI, Power Apps, DevOps, Power BI).
• Proficiency in Microsoft O365, including Exchange, OneDrive, Groups, Teams, SharePoint, and Dynamics.
• Familiarity with other cloud-based SaaS applications is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to present effectively in English.
• Experience in platform maintenance is a bonus.
• Industry-recognized certifications are a plus.
