Description:

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Ability to work in English and deal with TD Synnex entities at an international scale.
  • A solid understanding of EU import-export Customs Regulations.
  • Knowledge of EU and US classification, export controls, and encryption.
  • Familiarity with the IT distribution business is appreciated.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of international trade.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A team player with strong critical thinking abilities.
  • An e xperience in compliance and international trade is advantageous but no strictly required.
  • Proficiency with the MS Office

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE:

By joining our EMEA Regulatory Compliance team, you will be responsible for screening potential or existing business partners, customers, suppliers, and any other entities as per TD SYNNEX policies and regulations though various organizations and in various systems, to provide appropriate feedback to managers and to find effective way of communication with sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the Regulatory Compliance team to ensure adherence to EU import-export Customs Regulations.
  • Screen names/addresses against Denied Party lists, in accordance with TD SYNNEX Regulatory Compliance policies.
  • Make informed decisions and maintain detailed records.
  • Communicate effectively with managers, escalating when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with established SOPs.
  • Work across different shifts, ensuring comprehensive compliance coverage.
