JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Dental Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients in a fast-paced environment. This role involves handling incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and assisting with appointment scheduling in a dental or medical office setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of medical terminology and electronic medical records.

SKILLS

  • Experience in a dental is required
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems; experience with Tracker is a benefit
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with patients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in an administrative role is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with scheduling appointments and managing their accounts.

  • Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.
  • Utilize dental software such as Dentrix or Epic to manage patient information efficiently.
  • Address patient inquiries regarding services, procedures, and insurance coverage.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and other office tasks.
