The team at Martindale Dental located in St. Catharines, ON is looking for passionate, hard-working three (3) Dental Assistants/Administrative Assistants on full-time basis.
The ideal Dental Assistant/Administrative Assistant for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.
We are looking to hire a personable dental administrative team member to join our fast-paced dental team. To be successful in this administrative roll you should be able to perform all duties. This includes tasks such as entering patient information, answering phones, emails, text messages, patient referrals and patients questions

Responsibilities:
OTHER DENTAL ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM MEMBER DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Greeting patients
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Cancelling appointments if required
- Assist with patients questions regarding medical forms
- Update information for patients when required
- Communicate with insurance companies when required
- Mailing insurance forms and estimates
- Collecting differences form insurances
- Preforming general office duties such as filing, answering and returning phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Communicating with clinical team members and Dentists
- Organizing schedule when required
