The days required for the role are Wednesdays and Thursdays (flexibility can be granted) from 7:30am – 6pm. We are close to public transport, are on a busy street full of shops, restaurants, and cafes!

• Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
• Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
• Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
• Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
• Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
• Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
• Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
• Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management
