JOB ADVERTISEMENT: PART-TIME TREATMENT CARE COORDINATOR / DENTAL NURSE

Location: SK Excel Dental, Todmorden (West Yorkshire)
Salary: Competitive, with potential to earn £250+ per month in commission, plus performance-based bonuses
SK Excel Dental is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Treatment Care Coordinator / Dental Nurse to join our growing team. This part-time role (2-3 days per week) offers the opportunity to contribute to both the clinical and administrative aspects of the practice while earning commission and performance bonuses for your efforts.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• GDC registered Dental Nurse with experience in treatment coordination preferred.
• Strong IT skills (experience with dental software like R4 and CRM portals is a plus).
• Digital design experience for social media and marketing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present treatment plans clearly to patients.
• Self-motivated with a passion for patient care and practice growth.

• Treatment Coordination: Guide patients through their journey, presenting treatment plans and following up on outstanding treatments.
• Dental Nursing: Provide chairside assistance, ensuring patients are comfortable and clinical procedures run smoothly.
• Marketing & Digital Design: Assist with social media promotion and create engaging content to market the practice.
• Administrative Support: Manage patient records, appointments, and treatment plans, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with practice management systems.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, infection control, and clinical governance.
