REQUIREMENTS:
- The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment and has previous dental administration experience in a multi-provider setting
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Attention to detail, organized and reliable
- Dental Office Software Experience (AbelDent, Dentrix, Maxident, etc.)
- Asset: Dental Assisting Skills/Qualifications

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are a busy practice with 3 dentists and 4 dental hygienists, and we are looking to hire an experienced Dental Administrator as an addition to our busy practice. The clinic has a modern and relaxing feel. We look forward to reviewing your resume and meeting with you.
This is a full-time permanent position - with 40 hours per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in updating and maintaining client dental records and appointments
- Treatment coordination and scheduling
- Preparing and sending pre-determinations
- Following up on outstanding treatment
- Confirming upcoming appointments
- Billing, invoicing, taking payments, end of day balance
- Opening/closing duties, including POS system and ensuring end of day processes are complete
- Additional duties, as required.
