Description:
Dental Choice is seeking an Dental Practice Manager to join our team.
The Dental Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the dental office, providing exceptional patient care, and managing the administrative and clinical aspects of the practice.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the dental practice, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage the scheduling of patient appointments, coordinating with dentists, hygienists, and other staff members to optimize productivity and minimize wait times.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history, treatments, and insurance information.
- Handle billing and insurance claims, ensuring accurate and timely submission for reimbursement.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and improve patient satisfaction.
- Train and supervise front desk staff, dental assistants, and other office personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with dental providers to establish and achieve performance goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable dental regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of dental management/ dental administrator experience
- Active RDA license
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and dental providers.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in training and supporting staff members.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a high standard of accuracy in all aspects
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with dental billing and coding procedures.
