Description:

Dental Choice is seeking an Dental Practice Manager to join our team.
The Dental Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the dental office, providing exceptional patient care, and managing the administrative and clinical aspects of the practice.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the dental practice, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage the scheduling of patient appointments, coordinating with dentists, hygienists, and other staff members to optimize productivity and minimize wait times.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history, treatments, and insurance information.
  • Handle billing and insurance claims, ensuring accurate and timely submission for reimbursement.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Train and supervise front desk staff, dental assistants, and other office personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with dental providers to establish and achieve performance goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable dental regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of dental management/ dental administrator experience
  • Active RDA license
  • Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and dental providers.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience in training and supporting staff members.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a high standard of accuracy in all aspects
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with dental billing and coding procedures.
