As a Dental Administrator, you’ll thrive in a supportive back-office environment, working alongside a dynamic team of 3 other administrators on daily basis (Team of 8). Requirements:
- Must be GDC registered
- Previous experience in dental clinic is a must
- Minimum 3 years experience in Dental Admin and Dental Nursing required
You will be required to work 36-40 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Make appointments over the telephone and email and respond efficiently and correctly to incoming emails and calls.
- Handle requests for emergency consultations
- Register new patients and process patient information whilst maintaining confidentiality.
- Follow up with patients regarding their treatments and bookings
- Manage tasks from Dentists and Managers
- Process payments
- Oversee diary bookings for efficiency
- Manage Insurance claim requests and reports
- Follow trackers to book patients for treatments and check documents required specially with specialists.
- Keep track of lab works
