As a Dental Administrator, you’ll thrive in a supportive back-office environment, working alongside a dynamic team of 3 other administrators on daily basis (Team of 8). Requirements:

  • Must be GDC registered
  • Previous experience in dental clinic is a must
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Dental Admin and Dental Nursing required

You will be required to work 36-40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Make appointments over the telephone and email and respond efficiently and correctly to incoming emails and calls.
  • Handle requests for emergency consultations
  • Register new patients and process patient information whilst maintaining confidentiality.
  • Follow up with patients regarding their treatments and bookings
  • Manage tasks from Dentists and Managers
  • Process payments
  • Oversee diary bookings for efficiency
  • Manage Insurance claim requests and reports
  • Follow trackers to book patients for treatments and check documents required specially with specialists.
  • Keep track of lab works
