Our team is dedicated to the highest level of patient and surgical care during all forms of treatment, including wisdom teeth removal and dental implant placements. We are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the referring dental & medical community
- Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Answer phone calls and emails, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collect payments, process billing, and manage financial transactions.
- Coordinate with dental staff to optimize appointment scheduling and patient flow.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, ordering supplies, and data entry.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and patient care.
