SKILLS:
- Proficiency in office procedures and protocols within a dental setting.
- Previous dental experience in booking appointments, scheduling and billing and knowledge of Tracker preferred, training will be provided.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records and medical terminology.
- Familiarity with phone systems to handle incoming calls professionally.
- Strong administrative skills to manage front desk operations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage patient appointments, ensuring schedules are organized efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries with courtesy and accuracy.
- Process billing and insurance claims using Tracker dental software.
- Maintain electronic medical records accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with the dental team to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the dental office.
