SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in office procedures and protocols within a dental setting.
  • Previous dental experience in booking appointments, scheduling and billing and knowledge of Tracker preferred, training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records and medical terminology.
  • Familiarity with phone systems to handle incoming calls professionally.
  • Strong administrative skills to manage front desk operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
  • Manage patient appointments, ensuring schedules are organized efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries with courtesy and accuracy.
  • Process billing and insurance claims using Tracker dental software.
  • Maintain electronic medical records accurately and securely.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to coordinate patient care effectively.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the dental office.
