REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous Medical/Dental Reception experience, focusing on patient hospitality.
- Experience with Dental Office Software is a plus (Dentrix, Ascend, Eagle Soft)
- Knowledge of Dental terminology and procedures
- Knowledge of Dental Insurances; PPO, HMO, DHMO, Managed Care
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English; Bilingual skills, proficiency in Spanish is preferred and considered a valuable asset.
Salary: starting at $18 per hour depending on experience

Patient Support: Assist patients in completing essential documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Scheduling Excellence Manage appointment scheduling, adapt to rescheduling or cancellations, and maintain an organized schedule for our dental team.
Effective Communication: Communicate professionally, respectfully, and courteously with patients and colleagues, embodying our esteemed practice’s essence.
