Schedule: Monday to Thursday Day Shift

Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming environment for every patient and family with your warm smile and positive attitude.
- Handle appointment scheduling, patient inquiries, and phone calls with efficiency and enthusiasm.
- Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Submit insurance claims and predeterminations
- Confirm appointments
- Schedule all provider’s day completely
- Coordinate with the clinical team to keep patient flow seamless.
- Present and explain treatment plan procedures, office policies, and payment options in a professional and friendly manner.
- Enter patient payments.
- Balance and print day-end reports
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth office operations.
