Schedule: Monday to Thursday Day Shift

Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming environment for every patient and family with your warm smile and positive attitude.
  • Handle appointment scheduling, patient inquiries, and phone calls with efficiency and enthusiasm.
  • Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Submit insurance claims and predeterminations
  • Confirm appointments
  • Schedule all provider’s day completely
  • Coordinate with the clinical team to keep patient flow seamless.
  • Present and explain treatment plan procedures, office policies, and payment options in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Enter patient payments.
  • Balance and print day-end reports
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth office operations.
