We’re seeking a vibrant, dynamic Dental Receptionist to be the friendly face and efficient heart of our front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Chief Welcoming Officer: Greet every patient with a warm smile and a positive attitude, making them feel valued from the moment they walk in.
- Scheduling Maestro: Master the art of appointment scheduling using Power Practice, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for patients and staff alike.
- Communication Expert: Answer phone calls promptly with a helpful and friendly demeanour, providing information and scheduling appointments with ease.
- Record Keeper: Ensure patient records are accurate and up-to-date, maintaining the integrity of our patient information.
- Liaison Extraordinaire: Work closely with our dental team to communicate patient needs and ensure a smooth patient flow throughout the clinic.
- Billing Whiz: Process payments efficiently and handle billing inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
- Ambassador of Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area, creating a welcoming environment for all.
- Feedback Champion: Handle patient feedback with care, addressing concerns and relaying them to the appropriate team member or manager.
