Our team is dedicated to creating a welcoming and professional environment for both staff and patients. We are looking for a Full time Dental Nurse/Experienced Trainee Nurse with Reception duties
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Dental Nurse/ Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualified Dental Nurse with GDC registration or Experienced Trainee
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, multitasking
- Experience with SOE dental software is a plus
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
- Taking and developing dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Recording and maintaining accurate patient records
- Providing patients with pre- and post-operative instructions
- Ensuring the dental surgery is clean and well-organized
- Supporting the reception team when needed
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Warmly greet and welcome patients upon their arrival.
- Efficiently schedule and manage patient appointments.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain and update patient records accurately.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Handle patient billing and insurance claims.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.
