Our team is dedicated to creating a welcoming and professional environment for both staff and patients. We are looking for a Full time Dental Nurse/Experienced Trainee Nurse with Reception duties
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Dental Nurse/ Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Qualified Dental Nurse with GDC registration or Experienced Trainee
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, multitasking
  • Experience with SOE dental software is a plus

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
  • Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
  • Taking and developing dental radiographs (X-rays)
  • Recording and maintaining accurate patient records
  • Providing patients with pre- and post-operative instructions
  • Ensuring the dental surgery is clean and well-organized
  • Supporting the reception team when needed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Warmly greet and welcome patients upon their arrival.
  • Efficiently schedule and manage patient appointments.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism.
  • Maintain and update patient records accurately.
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized.
  • Handle patient billing and insurance claims.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.
