- Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the practice and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently.
- Handle patient inquiries both in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries as necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
