JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.

SKILLS

  • Strong administrative skills with experience in office management preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
  • Proficient in using office software and dental management systems.

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the practice and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Handle patient inquiries both in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with data protection regulations.
  • Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries as necessary.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
