Dental Receptionist

THE POSITION

Thornhill Dental is seeking a new Dental Receptionist with dental experience.
The role would include welcoming patients to the practice, answering telephones, arranging appointments, taking payments, organising patient and referral letters as well as other duties to help with the running of the practice and making patients visits enjoyable. The candidate would join a friendly, supporting, hardworking team of experienced and highly skilled dentists, dental care professionals, nurses, receptionists and management team.
PART TIME - 16 - 24 hours depending on your requirements.
Exact working times are published 3 weeks in advanced and be within the following times:
Monday: 8.00am - 5.45pm
Tuesday: 8.00am – 9.00pm
Wednesday: 8.00am – 9.00pm
Thursday: 8.00am - 5.45pm
Friday: 8.00am - 5.15pm
· The position includes (approximately) 1 Saturday morning (8:00am – 1:00pm) per month. This is paid as overtime at a rate of time and a half
· Pay negotiable dependant on experience starting at £13.00 per hour.

We continuously invest in upgrading our facilities to ensure a comfortable experience for our patients.
Our modern treatment rooms are fully computerized with Exact dental software (SoE) and equipped with digital x-ray machines, intra-oral cameras, dual screens, and air conditioning. We have our own digital OPT Machine, a Wave One rotary endodontic system, and work with premium dental materials.
Over the past 38 years, we have grown from a single surgery practice to having eight beautiful dental treatment rooms, offering a wide range of dental treatments. Our supportive Dental Associates at Thornhill Dental have diverse special interests, including Implants, Invisalign, Facial Aesthetics, Skincare Specialists, Cosmetic Dentistry, TMJ, Endodontics, and Minor Oral Surgery.
