Responsibilities:
- Greet patients.
- Check-in and check-out patients
- Assist patients with required paperwork for dental services and financial responsibilities.
- Collect payments and post payments to patient accounts.
- Keep the reception area neat and clean.
- Check emails and voicemails- Respond in a timely manner.
- Communicate with other departments for support.
- Participate in various projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management.
- Answer phone calls and transfer them to the correct department/person
