We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dental Virtual Assistant to join our team remotely and assist dental clinics with their front desk operations. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a healthcare or dental setting is preferred.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and various cloud-based tools.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in managing data and reconciling payments.
• Proactive Attitude: Able to anticipate needs, solve problems, and work independently.
• Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

• Obtain dental insurance breakdowns for incoming patients.
• Post payments and reconcile insurance payments accurately.
• Manage outstanding payments and follow up with insurance companies via phone, email, or online portals.
