THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a high-achieving and patient-centric Dentist for a rare opportunity with a state-of-the-art, premium practice in the Perth CBD that is one of Australia’s fastest-growing dental practices and has long been regarded as one of the top practices in Perth for the past 30 years.
You’ll be walking into a private, 5-chair, premium practice with full books. In addition to taking on the books of an outgoing senior dentist, there is an excess demand from patients and not enough dentists to book them in with.
This is a 7-figure billing opportunity with a practice with a 5-star reputation and treatments such as All-on-4, implants, aesthetic/cosmetic dentistry, reconstructive dentistry, orthodontics and Invisalign, endodontics and oral surgery are the norm.
Working here has been described as having “5 years of experience fit into 2” due to the complexity, variety and volume of high-value work in servicing the Perth community.
The practice is known for its high-quality work, technical standards, innovation and consistency in providing a top-notch patient experience journey.
Combined with having access to the infrastructure, resources, along with a warm, cohesive and collaborative team, you’ll have the opportunity to earn higher than standard Associate pay and add tremendous value to the community.
The practice is in the central location of the Perth CBD.
This is 4-day per week opportunity. If you want to do 3 days, that can be considered. There are very busy books.

• The clinic is not a preferred provider
• All management and admin tasks are taken care of, and you’ll have access to a large marketing/advertising budget
• Collegial and supportive environment with a commitment to continual development and learning
• The support team includes loyal OHTs, DA’s, a Practice Manager and Client Experience Managers and are warm, socially engaging and cohesive, which ensures you’ll be able to optimise your clinical time
• Where needed, mentorship and guidance is provided in your preferred special interest area
