- Current Texas State Dental license
- Current DEA license
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a practicing Dentist

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides direct clinical services to patients.
- Creates treatment plans.
- Counsels and advises patients on the need for oral health and preventative care.
- Maintains careful clinical charts and notes.
- Provides leadership to whole staff.

- Maintain excellent time management while managing multiple patient chairs.

- Gain the trust of patients through the delivery of high-quality dental services.
- Uphold attention to detail and complete patient documentation within 24 hours of the appointment time.
- Communicate well with staff and patients. Explain complex procedures into simple language that the patient can understand. Professionally instruct and mentor dental clinic staff when additional understanding is needed.
- Evaluate the overall health of patients while educating them about oral health and disease prevention.
- Provide excellent dental services including exams, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, cleanings, root canals, and fabrication of both complete and partial dentures.
- Maintain accurate and timely dental records, including medical history and service notes for all patients seen in the clinic.
- Act as a strong role model for the dental clinic staff by possessing a high sense of integrity and ethical standards.
- Work with the Dental Director and leadership to ensure practice goals and needs are met.
