EDUCATION AND ACADEMIC SERVICES
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working, with some work carried out on the St Lukes Campus.
There are two posts available totalling a combined 1.3FTE. These are available immediately on a permanent basis, and part-time arrangements are anticipated, as an example two posts of a 0.6FTE and 0.7FTE.

Responsibilities:
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
To provide essential frontline administrative support to academic leaders within the Department of Health and Community Sciences including high-quality administrative support to key departmental priorities. The role ensures the frontline delivery of professional services in a timely manner ensuring that business is delivered to deadlines.
The role will be expected to be heavily involved in local themes of work including Clinical Practice Research Datalink (CPRD), Department communication and committees, and REF and KEF preparation including, but not limited to, action planning and tracking, reporting on outcomes and ensuring deadlines are met. Contributing towards institution-wide projects, this post will be involved in the design, testing and roll-out phases of specific projects acting as locality ‘champion’ and encouraging/supporting the uptake of such roll-out amongst the academic community.
This is a varied and interesting role at the frontline of business support to the Department, which requires the ability to respond to, manage and follow up on a diverse range of queries from a variety of internal and external stakeholders in a customer/end user orientated manner.
The post will be based in South Cloisters on the St Lukes, Exeter Campus, and we can offer hybrid working arrangements.
