QUALIFICATIONS

We’re seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative position
  • Proficiency with MS Office365 and its interconnected functionalities. Particularly, experience with the Teams platform is essential
  • Experience in budget planning and controlling of FTE accounts
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Danish and English

You can effectively plan, prioritize, execute, and follow up in a proactive and timely manner. You can work independently and always strive to find solutions to challenges at hand. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative tasks and support daily office operations.
  • Manage and control FTE account budgets efficiently.
  • Utilize MS Office365, particularly the Teams platform, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the organization.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and service-oriented approach in all activities.
  • Adapt swiftly to changes in a dynamic and evolving work environment
