Responsibilities:
TRIXTER Munich is looking for a motivated, bilingual Department Assistant to support the Department Management Team in day-to-day operations and to keep our Munich facility running smoothly. Ideal candidates possess exceptional interpersonal skills in order to work in an effective manner across all company departments, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. This job requires a daily on-site presence in the Munich studio.
Responsibilities
Studio tasks:
- Supporting the Department Management team with any day-to-day tasks, including use of google sheets for tracking bookings & assignments.
- Tracking and communicating team absence requests and approvals.
- Preparations for newcomers to the studio (paperwork, google sheets, sending surveys & emails), and welcoming new arrivals.
- May be asked to support a show.
Additional Front Desk tasks:
- Welcoming visitors, clients and new employees.
- In-Studio seat-tracking.
- Answering the phone, taking messages or referring calls to staff members.
- Overseeing post, shipping and all studio orders.
- Liaise with studio Vendors, including catering, cleaning and security services.
- Purchasing and managing office & kitchen supplies.
- Coordinate office activities: in-house & off-site parties, company screenings.
- Handling of Petty Cash.
