Description:

We are looking for a department manager for our Innovation & Launch team to ensure that generic pharmaceuticals are developed and launched unanimously and of high quality following current EU GMP

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for a manager with a commercial mindset, solid experience in GMP/pharmaceutical settings, and a proven track record in managing teams and ensuring compliance. Additionally, you can have a relevant master’s degree in sciences, project management, or a similar field.
Someone with a strong familiarity with pharmaceutical development and launch guidelines is ideal for us. We will also focus on your commercial competencies and experience with sales forecasts and launching products in new markets in due time and quality.
As a person, you are a proactive and decisive leader who excels at motivating and developing your team. Your commercial and strategic mindset allows you to navigate complex environments and drive continuous development. Furthermore, you have strong interpersonal skills that help you effectively recruit, train, and guide your team.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Danish is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality activities in site transfers are executed in compliance with current EU GMP and according to project plans
  • Ensure technical agreements with contract manufacturers and laboratories are prepared and maintained.
  • Operational management of the processes owned by Innovation&Launch including, defining and monitoring KPIs and capacity planning.
  • Ensure alignment with PMO on project plans to launch new products to ensure QA activities follow the stage-gate model and new products reach the market on time.
  • Lead the budgeting process for the Innovation & Launch area
  • As department manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, employee motivation, employee development plans, performance review, and annual appraisal interviews
