Department / Operations Manager- Air Freight - Logistics experience

A leading logistics company in the UAE is looking for a Department Manager who oversees and leads the Staff member within the department ,handling staff issues, managing departmental operations and monitoring overall progress and success.
A person should have at least 5years of experience in Air Freight / Logistics with a good background in Sales.

Education:

Experience:

• operations Manager in Logistics company in the UAE: 10 years (Required)
• Operations/ Department Manager in Air Freight: 6 years (Required)
• sales management in logistics company in the UAE: 5 years (Required)
• handling a team for Air Freight department: 5 years (Required

• 5 years of experience in logistics operations,specifically air freight , with a strong sales background.
• Proven ability to drive business development and expand a client base in the logistics industry.
• Strong network and contacts within the UAE logistics and Air freight forwarding market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in logistics software and systems, with a good understanding of shipping documentation and customs procedures.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
  Requirements:
  A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree with relevant professional certifications.
  Minimum of 10 years in the same field, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within the UAE or GCC countries.
  Must have sales background. People Management & Operations Background knowledge of Logistics specially for Air Freight.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
