BATTERY STRUCTURAL HW – LET’S INTRODUCE OURSELVES!

At Battery Structural HW we develop in-house build-to-print systems and components for our BEV batteries. We cover the electrical, thermal and structural enclosure technology area as well as securing battery/vehicle mechanical integration. We are looking for a new DPM to support model year updates and maintenance of BEV batteries.

As Department Project Manager you will lead a cross-functional team to ensure Department deliverables and releases and will be the main interface to stakeholders with regards to delivery status.

You will:

• Be responsible to create and maintain an execution/release plans
• Be responsible for the status reporting of the program
• Support in financial decision-making in the Department
• Help manage and reduce risks and dependencies
• Work with Department management, architects, Technology Manager and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment

• Have a university degree or equivalent technical experience
• Are experienced in Product Development
• Have leadership qualities and experiences
• Have experience from HV battery systems
• Have experience from maintenance and quality process
• Are fluent in both written and spoken English
