Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
Exciting opportunity for a Deployment Manager to join the team at AXA Partners. As Deployment Manager, you will be in charge of leading all aspects of the local business implementation processes for deal renewals and new business launches. This position will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless transitions from sales to operations, making a real impact on our business and our partners.

- Monitoring KPIs, escalating issues, reporting new deals launched, and running retrospectives to identify areas of improvemen
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Leading the local business implementation processes for deal renewals and new business launches, collaborating with cross-functional experts to ensure successful deployment
- Presenting Operations/IT solutions and financial flows to partners, challenging and collaborating with them to develop optimum solutions and collect necessary data
- Driving implementation of new deals in close collaboration with Sales and Operations, ensuring successful deployment on time and in production without file manipulation
- Proactively driving change for the betterment of AXA Partners, partners, and customers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Owning the implementation of new business, renewals, and financial conditions changes until the first successful production cycle and handover to Operations, including:
o Gathering deal information and designing Operating Models in collaboration with relevant functions
- Onboarding partners into the deployment process and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Implementing operational processes for successful launch and production, providing visibility of deployment to all functions
- Anticipating and preparing Deployment requirements to support business, including:
o Identifying and developing knowledge specific to the country on regulations, tax, legal entities, processes, and controls
- Building relationships with operational contacts and engaging with IT and other functions for future business support
- Monitoring KPIs, escalating issues, reporting new deals launched, and running retrospectives to identify areas of improvement
