Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As the Deployment Project Coordinator, you’ll work as part of the Deployment team to support and assist in the overall coordination of project-related activities, ensuring the required project outcomes are achieved. Proactive and a self-starter, you must be highly organized and have the ability to manage competing priorities. Driven and motivated, you must be able to operate both autonomously and in a team environment, working with multiple vendors to deliver comprehensive IT projects that will differ in size and complexity.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects concurrently.
- Update project information systems – Confluence, Jira, Intranet and key systems.
- Resource availability and allocate tasks
- Attend daily project meetings with our global team
- Provide weekly status reports
- Project minutes
- Coordinating with our vendors and customers to follow up on tasks
- Identify and escalate risks as needed
- Create hardware purchases and track shipments when necessary
