$120,400.00 - $287,600.00

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of Management experienc

  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams
  • Strong understanding of deposit products, processes, key regulations, and the financial services industry; experience as a product manager in banking
  • Working knowledge of Wells Fargo’s systems and platforms; familiarity with technical project lifecycle at Wells Fargo including Agile project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
  • Experience dealing with complex cross-organizational initiatives
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
  • Leadership skills including the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver high impact presentations to senior leaders that leverages data to convey a meaningful story.
  • Detail oriented with solid analytics and insights skills and the ability to synthesize data to make decisions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of product or program management: development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop a team of individual contributors with a focus on developing and managing business process strategies associated with the consumer and small business account opening and onboarding experience across all channels
  • Identify opportunities and strategies for process improvements to drive business growth, improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and reduce risk
  • Develop, manage, and monitor key metrics to make data-driven decisions and update leaders on process performance
  • Lead the team by making strategic decisions to effectively deliver high risk initiatives and resolve complex issues
  • Collaborate and consult with product managers and key stakeholders on strategy development, risk assessments, and business requirements
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
