ABOUT CITCO:

The Citco Banks offer our clients the ability to transact, place cash on deposit and access foreign exchange markets and loan facilities. Operating from multiple locations globally, we provide custody and depositary services and credit facilities, with our solutions fully integrated with our fund administration and corporate and trust offerings.

• Join our expanding depositary services division and will work with depositary management to set-up a new role specializing in Loan support.
• Track a portfolio of approximately 50 loan funds and match all trades they make to underlying legal documents (or evidence of repayment).
• Gather evidence to support reverification of fund ownership from lead agent bank notices, interest payments and loan repayments and roll-over.
• Deliver timely organized documentation to the depositary oversight team.
• New role and will contribute improved quality and timeliness to Citco’s depositary teams.
• Point of escalation for missing loan documentation
• Enhance procedures related to the end-to-end loan documentation management function
• With a team of functional specialists, you will cover for the Billing supervisor in setting up new clients for billing, preparing accurate invoices and accruals
