SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• A full UK driving licence (essential) • Managerial/supervisory experience in the commercial truck tyre industry (desirable) • A coaching-based approach to team development • Customer focused • Ability to lead on core values, principles and standards • Experience of maximising sales and turnover

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

You’ll be managing the day-to-day operation of a busy Commercial Truck and Tyre centre as well as delivering great customer service and providing leadership support to inspire and motivate a team.
