Description:
Join our Townsville team in the role of Depot Coordinator to service the NQ region while managing the warehouse and dispatch and supporting the production operations. This position is responsible for ensuring customer centricity in North Queensland.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
In this role you will:
- Coordinate and lead monthly preventative maintenance
- Coordinate and lead shipping receival into the terminal
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including; maintaining the
- Relief duties - Arrange customer orders, deliveries, pick-ups and stock transfers and carry out safe loading and unloading of trucks
- Coordinate and lead maintenance within operations to ensure preventative maintenance is maximised and unplanned breakdowns minimised
- Coordinate and lead unplanned breakdowns
- Provide a customer centric experience for all PP customers supporting the CQ, and NQ Area Managers to provide an optimal customer experience
- Resolve customer issues within 1 working day and act as a geographical expert for designated region; liaising with sales, customer service, production, supply chain, logistics and transport
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in or knowledge of Logistics and Transport industry
- Forklift License (HRL) - required
- Cert IV in Warehousing (Desirable)
- SAP and Microsoft Suite experience
- Knowledge of shipping receival and departure processes
- Electrical trade preferred but not essentia
