You will not only have line management responsibilities of a team of Team Managers but you will also be responsible for driving forward the commercial success of your shop.
You will ensure that Partner and customer feedback, as well as sales and profit data, is taken into consideration when developing future propositions so that the operational insight and customer interest is at the forefront of all the shop’s plans.
