- A new Parliamentary Officer Enterprise Agreement will be negotiated during 2024. It is anticipated that the salary range for this role will increase potentially to $182,813 to $248,629.
About the Role This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a passionate IT professional to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a multi-year Technology Roadmap, ensuring the Parliament of Victoria and the parliamentary departments have a highly reliable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and deliver a strategic multi-year Technology Roadmap.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing IT team.
- Provide expert guidance on resource allocation, ensuring the team has the right skills to meet evolving needs.
- Oversee the procurement and management of ICT services, maximising value for money.
- Implement and maintain processes and policies that improve system management and service delivery.
- Drive the development of cybersecurity practices and disaster recovery plans.
- Proactively identify and manage IT operational risks.
