The post holder will be: Responsible for ensuring the right clinical stakeholder engagement in the transformation of quality patient centred mental health and care services and providing strategic medical leadership to the innovation and change supporting their delivery. Responsible for ensuring the Trust promotes social inclusion, ensures involvement and participation of service users and carers, delivers seamless health and care services and outcomes in partnership with the other statutory bodies and the third and independent sectors.
