We are looking for a Deputy Chief of Staff who will support the CEO and Chief of Staff in executing strategic initiatives and managing high-level projects. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable candidate to make a significant impact on our executive operations and stakeholder engagement.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff and working in a collaborative community within the Executive Office, you will be:

  • Assist the Chief of Staff in managing the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, travel, and events, while preparing briefing materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO, senior management, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and fostering strong relationships.
  • Accompany the CEO on overseas visits, managing all logistics to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
  • Oversee and coordinate special projects and initiatives directed by the CEO and Chief of Staff, monitoring progress for timely completion.
  • Liaise with the External Affairs team to create an annual program of events and collaborate with local teams for on-the-ground support.
  • Manage special projects and events without local team support, such as DAVOS, COP, and LME Week.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives through research, analysis, and preparation of strategic documents.
  • Draft and review correspondence and communications for the CEO, ensuring clear communication across the organization.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the executive office, managing budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all administrative functions.
