Description:
DEPUTY DIRECTOR, HUMAN RESOURCES
Support the CHRO in formulating and implementing HR strategic plans aligned with institutional goals. Foster stakeholder partnerships, promote staff well-being, develop manpower planning capabilities, and enhance labour-management relations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field with 15+ years of senior HR experience.
- Experience in strategic workforce planning and change management.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of the Employment Act and related regulations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
