Working closely with the Trust Board and Integrated Care Board, you will help lead organisational and clinical strategy, fostering collaboration with partner organisations and local communities to shape our future direction, and delivering on our commitment to act as an Anchor Institution.
Your role will also focus on developing in-house talent and building skills for the future, ensuring our organisation continuously evolves and improves, providing high quality and compassionate patient care that offers value to our population.

Responsibilities:

Leading the development of the Strategy Unit, providing strategic insight and analysis, and leveraging evidence and best practice.
Building strategic partnerships that progress our goals and strengthen community engagement
Supporting organisational strategy and evaluation of Trust plans and investments
Driving continuous improvement and innovation in care models
Progressing our aims to be an Anchor institution in our local area
We are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in our workforce and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, with a special focus on welcoming individuals from disabled, Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities, as well as those from our local area.
In line with our dedication to employee support, we offer a variety of benefits. For more information, please see the attached staff benefits leaflet.
We strive to create a supportive and inclusive workplace where employees feel valued and empowered to excel in their roles. Join us and become part of a team dedicated to making a positive difference in our community.
Operating with a high level of autonomy, you will deliver reliable and high-quality expert advice and analysis, showcasing a thorough understanding of health and care services, policies, delivery priorities and the current evidence base concerning provider, industry and commissioning strategy. This role demands extensive knowledge of strategy, innovation and implementation, and will involve leading and creating programmes and partnerships across a diverse range of fields and disciplines. To stay at the forefront of this field, you will be expected to participate in and present at relevant subject matter courses and conferences, and provide advice and thought leadership in specialist areas
