Description:
As part of the Clinical Division and in conjunction with the Divisional Director provide operational and managerial leadership to the Division, working in partnership with the Clinical Leads and othermanagement and professional/clinical leads. Working as a key part of the senior Divisional management team, promote effective governance ensuring that the highest standards of clinical care and performance are delivered and that all clinical and non-clinical performance indicators, access standards and objectives are met, in line with the Trusts Operational Plan and long-term strategy.
