Deputy Engineering Manager

YOUR PROFILE:

• Educational Background: BS Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience: 8+ years of engineering experience, directly related to formwork or scaffolding systems. Familiarity with PERI systems are a strong advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD 2D & 3D and MS Office. Experience in RFEM, RSTAB, Autodesk Inventor, Revit, Tekla, and PERI Force Control is a plus.
• Design Skills: Ability to design custom steel formwork solutions is advantageous.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and thrives under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Additional Experience: Construction site experience and/or sales experience are advantages.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

• Ensure every design is safe, cost-effective, and meets our high standards.
• Create offer drawings and material lists to support our projects.
• Review and verify the engineering work of your team members to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional solutions.
• Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and resolve any on-site engineering challenges.
