Main Duties of the job Deputise for Fire Safety Manager when required Assist Trust Fire Safety Manager with the day-to-day management of Fire Safety in NBT Manage fire safety audits and Fire risk assessment. Support Site Directors on Fire Safety matters Assist with the review of fire policies and relevant documentation including leading on some policies and protocols Provide & maintain all records. Ensure legal compliance is being maintained. Planning Quality & Improvement initiatives both short and long term Provide/support Training of NBT staff in line with the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Undertake visual condition surveys in relation to fire safety e.g.
