Description:

The Child Health Care Group at King’s is looking for an experienced and dynamic person for the role of Deputy General Manager.
The DGM will be responsible for the operations of a portfolio of Child Health services at the Denmark Hill site, alongside a second DGM who oversees the other services. Responsible to the General Manager and working in partnership with Clinical Director and Head of Nursing, the DGM will work to ensure that our services are efficient and responsive, and work well for our patients and their parents and carers.

The postholder’s portfolio of services will be: Surgery, Respiratory, Hepatology, Gastroenterology, Paediatric Critical Care, Psychology and Day Care services. They will take a leading role in the operational delivery, performance, financial performance, governance, change, and business development across these services and the care group as a whole.
