We are looking for someone who has a proven track record and substantial experience in the care of patients across a range of surgical specialties and significant experience in a senior nurse leadership role. You should be able to demonstrate dynamic, inspirational and compassionate leadership skills to help us meet the local and national challenges of the services.You will be a Registered Nurse, educated to masters degree level or equivalent experience and provide evidence of continuing professional development. You will be highly motivated, imaginative and passionate operational and clinical leader who will help shape, develop and enhance our services.
