Job Description & Person Specification

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing PR strategies that enhance the University’s reputation and brand.
  • Positioning key people and initiatives in the media to maximize positive exposure.
  • Monitoring news and policy trends to inform PR opportunities and challenges.
  • Utilising social media and digital platforms to strengthen PR efforts.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with media and influencers.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of four PR and Communications Managers, driving excellence in PR execution.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to align PR strategies with institutional goals.
  • This is a high-impact, visible role for a proactive PR leader who can elevate the University’s profile through compelling storytelling and strategic media engagement
