Position description:
As Deputy Head of Revenue Operations one will be responsible for working across data, finance, Product & growth/marketing teams to ensure that there is a consistent reporting & understanding of major revenue goals for Pluang. This includes having consistent KPI & revenue reporting sent to key stakeholders, as well as a clear insight plan. In this role, the Deputy Head of Revenue Operations will work closely with the Head of Revenue to develop Pluang’s overall revenue strategy.
The Deputy Head of Revenue Operations will also act as the key business owner for all pricing projects working cross functionally to implement all pricing initiatives.

What you will be doing:

  • Work with data & finance teams to develop business driving insights
  • Build revenue & adoption models to generate targets and socialize to business & product teams
  • Responsible to develop consistent KPI reporting for all revenue driving initiatives
  • Manage all pricing projects and drive end to end completion of the project, acting as the lead across multiple cross functional teams.
  • Work with Head of Revenue to develop revenue strategy for the company on a annual & quarterly basis
  • Work with head of product marketing to ensure revenue strategy aligns with the product development process

KPIs

  • Delivery of impactful insights (shared with data)
  • Consistent revenue KPI reporting for all major projects & teams
  • Delivery of pricing projects

What you need to be successful for this role:

  • Comfortable with building financial models in Excel & other spreadsheet formats
  • Experience in aligning multiple cross-functional teams on KPIs and tracking teams to those KPIs
  • Experience with pricing analysis & project management
  • Project management of complex issues across multiple teams
