Description:
YOUR SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:
- Educated to HNC/HND or equivalent level qualifications plus relevant work experience, or Broad experience, acquired through a combination of job related training and considerable on-the-job experience, demonstrating development through involvement in progressively more demanding relevant work/roles.
- Experience in providing HR administration services.
- A customer based-focussed approach to the delivery of services.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to advise and, if necessary, persuade staff of all levels of appropriate course of action.
- Evidence of ability to interpret policies and regulations, to understand, identify gaps and implement process improvements.
- Evidence of excellent organisational abilities, combined with attention to detail; time management skills and an ability to manage competing priorities.
- Evidence of good written and oral communication skills, and good IT skills.
- Experience of supervising staff or operational activities of the team.Knowledge and understanding of data protection (GDPR) and FOI legislation.
